These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are the rules that govern your use of our website (50ishandfab.com and any subdomains), podcast, The Reset program, 1:1 coaching, group experiences, newsletters, community spaces, events, and any other services or platforms we offer (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you’re free to leave — no hard feelings, but this space is for women who are ready to show up fully.

1. Who We Are

50Ish & Fab is a media brand and transformational platform created by KC Sonshine for women over 50 who are done playing small. We provide inspiration, education, coaching, community, and real-talk content to help you reinvent your life with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

2. Our Services

We offer:

  • Free content (podcast episodes, blog posts, emails, social media)
  • Paid programs (The Reset, 1:1 coaching, group experiences)
  • Community access
  • Speaking engagements, brand partnerships, and events

All Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use by women over 50 (or those who support them).

3. Your Responsibilities

When you use 50Ish & Fab, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information when you register, purchase, or contact us.
  • Keep your account details (if any) secure and confidential.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect the space — no harassment, spam, hate speech, or anything that harms other women in this community.
  • Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account or through your device.

4. Intellectual Property

Everything we create — podcast episodes, articles, worksheets, The Reset materials, logos, branding, videos, and courses — is owned by 50Ish & Fab or licensed to us.

You may not:

  • Download, record, or share our paid content outside the platform.
  • Repost, resell, or reuse our materials for your own business or public distribution.

You can share our free content with proper credit and a link back to us (we love when you spread the love!).

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe or similar). We do not store full credit card information.
  • Prices are listed at the time of purchase.
  • The Reset and coaching programs have a clear refund policy stated on the sales page before you buy. Please read it carefully. Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refunds on digital products after access has been granted unless otherwise stated.

6. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Everything we share — in the podcast, The Reset, coaching calls, emails, or anywhere else — is for educational and inspirational purposes only.

We are not therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors. Any decisions you make about your health, relationships, money, career, or legal matters are 100% your responsibility. Work with licensed professionals when needed.

7. Disclaimers

We provide the Services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • That the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Specific results or outcomes from using The Reset or any program.
  • That every episode or post will apply to your exact situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 50Ish & Fab, KC Sonshine, and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost profits, emotional distress, etc.) that arise from your use of the Services — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

Our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) that arise because you:

  • Violated these Terms.
  • Used the Services in an unlawful way.
  • Shared our content improperly.

10. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Services (including paid programs) at any time if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Services anytime. If you purchased a program, your access may end according to the program terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New York.
